Personal data means any information relating to natural person like Name, DOB, Phone number, Social Security Number, Aadhaar, location data, Geo physical /physiological/ genetic information.

All organizations who handle the personal data of natural persons have to adhere with various requirements provisioned. Personal data breach means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.
